Hi, hello! I hope you're all doing well! Sorry for not being very active lately. I had writer's block and dealing with my health. My primary doctor even suggested medicinal marijuana usage, which I'm trying to get used to. It's doing well with my full body chronic pain, but it's been putting me in such a fog mentally. So, I've been trying to get all of that right. 
          
          But that's not all! I've also been adapting one of my earlier fics so I can self-publish it the way I did with the other adaptations!
          
          Anyway, I hope you're all doing well wherever you are!

Gosh, so much has been happening in my life. I've started reading "A Twisted Tales" series which are books of Disney fairytales not going the way the movies did. Like, I read "Part of Your World" which was a what if Ursula wasn't defeated. I also read "Once Upon a Dream" which is what if Sleeping Beauty didn't wake up. Now I'm reading "A Whole New World" which is what if Aladdin had never found the lamp. They're pretty good. Just in case you enjoy fairytales with a twist.
          
          And since I've been reading those, I decided to rewatch "Once Upon a Time". Now, the last time I watched the show was back when it first came out and was week to week. And I never finished the series. So, there's a lot that I didn't remember, but it's fine because I got my nephew into the show. He is VERY passionate about NOT liking Prince Charming. Like, he went on a rant about how he's terrible and all of his decisions are stupid, and I wish that I had recorded it because it was the funniest thing. He also made some valid points about why he'd rather stay with The Evil Queen than with Prince Charming. So, yeah, it's fun rewatching it and seeing his reaction for the first time!
          
          In other news, my health is pretty poor. But water is wet, so what else is new? But I do have to see my gastroenterologist and might have to get an upper endoscopy. Which, I've had before. It was nine years ago though, and my innards feel inflamed.
          
          Oh! My brother and his wife also bought a house (can't remember if I've mentioned that yet), but I got to stay with them, so that was fun!

So, I don't even know where to begin.
          
          I got out of the shower to find a political "debate" in my comment section.  I use the quotes because it was really just insults and racism.
          
          Now, there's something to know about me: I, much like Steve Rogers, don't like bullies.  I don't care where they're from.  I don't tolerate bigotry of any kind, and I will always try to do what is right.  That's just who I am, and that's one of the reasons why I was drawn to the character of Steve Rogers.
          
          So, you can imagine how upset and disgusted I am to see the clear disrespect and racist drivel going on in the replies to a wholesome comment about Sam Wilson.  I try to make my accounts a safe space for POC and the LGBTQ+ community.
          
          THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR ANY FORM OF BIGOTRY!
          
          This is NOT the place to go on a pro Trump spiel!
          
          I don't tolerate this, and you will be blocked!  I don't care if it's trolling or a "joke", I won't tolerate this!  It's disgusting and goes against what the shield and the mantel of Captain America stands for!  But more importantly, it goes against what STEVE ROGERS stands for!
          
          Just like Steve Rogers would be, I'm disappointed.

Sorry I've been MIA! On Friday, April 21st, I had my first infusion in the past two and a half years. Then, I went to see "Evil Dead Rise" with my mom (there were only, like, eight people in the theater, including me and my mom). Ummmm, yeah, I was hoping that it was going to be a little bit scary, but it wasn't??? Like, not even my mom thought it was scary, and we ended up spending the entire movie laughing (quietly). I do feel bad though because this one guy brought his son, who definitely couldn't have been older than 12 who was genuinely scared and he kept leaving the theater.
          
          Then, on Monday, April 24th, I had a cough, but assumed that it was just side effects from the medication. However, on Tuesday, April 25th, I thought I had a sinus infection because it felt like I got hit in the face with a brick. Unfortunately, I tested positive for covid. Which, has been really worrisome because of how suppressed my immune system normally is, but especially with the intravenous medication. Fortunately though, I caught it in time (hopefully), so I've been taking the paxlovid but have been on only half of my medications due to the interactions.
          
          So, in short, my body hates me???
