Hi, first of all, I would like to apologize if what I did came across as disrespectful. It was never my intention to act in bad faith.
When I read the story you wrote on AO3, I really loved it and waited for quite a long time for an update. When that didn’t happen, I decided to write what I imagined could be a possible continuation.
Later on, a friend suggested that I publish it, thinking that some people might enjoy seeing a continuation. Also, after almost a year since the last update, I didn’t have much hope that the story would continue.
Honestly, I wouldn’t use the word “steal.” I only used your original work as inspiration to write a story based on how I imagined it could possibly continue. I acknowledge that it was a mistake on my part not to consult you beforehand, but I didn’t know how to reach out. I don’t want to cause any problems.
If you would like me to delete the first three chapters and change the title, I will do so without any issue. I just want to make it clear that there was no bad intention behind this. I wanted to mention it in the first chapter, but Wattpad wouldn’t allow me to upload it that way, which is why I only stated that I would continue the story starting from chapter four.
I have no bad intentions and I don’t make any money from this; it’s simply fan content made for fans of Mafín.
Now that it’s possible for us to talk, I’m completely open to having a conversation so that there are no issues between us.
