Well, it depends on who I'm recommending books to. If it's a friend with nothing else to do, I'll usually send them something fun and light, like a humor book. If it's my brother looking for something to read in his down time, I'll send him a sci fi or adventure book.
But I would definitely recommend to almost anyone to look into the fantasy section of Wattpad. They have several pretty good stories, though you do have to be careful and pick out the good ones :)
(But I guess the same can be said with any category)
