it’s my first time reading the isekai genre, and i’ll admit that chapter 1 bored me at first because it felt predictable and familiar. still, there was this tiny “wait for it” feeling that kept pulling me in. before i knew it, it was already 4 am and i was kicking and giggling over how good the book actually is.

i never expected this reaction based on chapter 1, the plot, the author, or even the writing style with emojis. but as each chapter went by, the story completely proved me wrong.

i usually finish one to two books a day, but with this one, i could only get through six to eight chapters in a day because i didn’t want to rush it. it’s so long, so immersive, and so worth it. very, very recommended.

i wasn’t just in my room from midnight to dawn. i was inside kestramore and ravaryn.
