so to add insult to injury the guy im obsessed with and have given everything to just came to my apartment and told me that once he got to know me, he realized he would never have feelings for me holy shit i might crash out. i think im pretty but i know the best thing about me is my personality so it absolutely baffles me that someone would notice me without knowing me and like me less once they do. prepare for some absolutely gut wrenching chapters holy shit

With me the “name 5 things” method usually works pretty well, but you need to start naming things as soon as you feel the panic coming or it won’t work.
