Going through the comments on my lord of the flies au fanfic ,if you want to call it that, made me realise how stupid the book is. Of course, as stupid as it is, it is symbolic of my literary growth from a “passion-driven” little girl to taking the storytelling game a little more seriously. I hope no one takes the book seriously, because my true intentions were just to write an idea, an idea born in literally a day because it was funny. It was funny to me because LOTF was a literature book I had to study and writing my AU made reading and analysing it a lot more bearable. However, despite my defensive ish stance on this, I do appreciate every comment, every “there is a plot hole!” To “haha this is funny” to “this is what i would do in this situation”, because truly it makes me happy.
