I explained in the chapter "The beginning of the end" that Sebastian is also an Raven - the name of a motorcycle club (basically a gang) that is involved with drugs - so hypothetically the good part is that Sophie was protected in juvie by becoming a Raven but now that she's getting out- it could cause some trouble. Does that help?
