About Finnick. I think her death really messed him up. Not just because it was sad, but because she made the choice herself. No one forced her. She took control at the very end, and that hit him hard. Deep down, he was kinda jealous, not in a mean way, but in that quiet, aching way.
Auren wanted to die. And like always… she got what she wanted.
Meanwhile, Finnick’s spent his whole life being used, pushed around, surviving stuff he never chose. Watching her take back that final bit of control made him feel helpless. Angry. Lost.
It’s something he can’t stop thinking about.
