Hi all, long time no see! I apologize for my rather prolonged absence (I think it’s been almost two years since I was actively writing and online here). Due to a mix of mental health and personal circumstances, I found myself struggling to write/update and I’m sorry to everyone I left hanging! I was incredibly busy with university and dealing with my suffering anxiety/depression, which admittedly only worsened last year, following the arrival of COVID and lockdown in the UK. I had to finish my university experience at home, trying to complete an art degree without the necessary tools, feedback, and equipment, (thankfully despite this I managed to graduate with a 2:1), and at the end of 2020 I was one of the unlucky ones who caught covid. I had quite a severe case, and really struggled with being able to breathe and keep any food down at all. It was a very scary experience, which after the worse of it seemed to hit, landed me in A&E with a chest infection. Luckily I recovered pretty well, and I’m almost fully back to normal, if still quite fatigued. I am currently working full time as well as freelancing so I can’t promise much in regards to updating, but I just wanted to let you all know that I am back and greatly determined to get back into my writing! A couple of stories almost have the next chapters finished so hopefully I can finish those off and make a start on the rest soon after. (I know I have several messages from a number of you, and I promise I’ll try my best to reply within the next week or two!)
