Gladiolus had been on his one little mission of sorts while the rest had called it in for a few days. Nothing huge, just some family related stuff he wanted to rather sort out on his own. He came back two days earlier than planned. He figured he would surprise them a bit. Catch his majesty off guard a little. Once he'd spotted the ravenette, he simply walked up behind him as he lightly flicked the back of his head, jut to see how he would react. Gladiolus knew he was asking for trouble, but honestly felt it was going to be well worth the snappy remarks he was probably about to get.

"At least you did that much. Then I guess you're fine." He figured there was no use being hard on him at all. He technically was still a young guy who likes fooling around and acting like a kid from time to time. "Ah, definitely missed out then. Then again, I did have cup noodles. So I wasn't too upset about missing out on the food."
