I planned to announce updates of my fanfiction. However, plans have changed.
While I was writing my fanfiction, I've noticed how much work it's going to be to write my revisions. It's a lot. Like, a lot a lot. I've read many previous drafts to see that simple revisions wouldn't be enough.
And it's not just the revisions that have been troubling, I realized that my writing has become weak. My abilities as a writer, as of now, are lacking something important to keep myself grounded for my works and myself.
Since, I've been busy with my job, my family, my gaming, and my other hobbies. My job has been pretty good. I've caught up in Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai: Star Rail.
The time I've been spending time with those things... I spent it more than I have in my revisions.
I couldn't keep my word as I said I would. I've made too many false promises, not as a writer, but also, as myself. I am aware that no amount of apologies would cover the many false promises I've made.
But...
I can tell you one thing, and it's this: I'm not quitting Wattpad. My journey in Wattpad is not done yet. My love for writing and myself has not wavered.
About my fanfiction, I won't work on it. Not until I improve my writing. Once it does, I will work on my fanfiction. As for the release date of my works, that will have to wait until later within this year. So for now, I've taken down my works until further notice.
With my writing schedule, I don't have one, yet I'm going to make one, so I can be more decisive and mindful of my time toward my works.
