With a pipetto place a portion of the sample onto each plate. This plate will be discarded due to low Agar. Next use on of the uh hum to smear the sample over the surface. If you want me to use a loop please drink some methanol because I won't be doing any monkey business. Place upside down and leave to culture for 2 to 3 days or until you get bored of them.
