who else is super stressed rn
i have less than two days of cny break left and i have a shit tonne of work to do there's no way i'm gonna finish it
i don't know what wrong with me that i can't focus for 5 fucking minutes on doing work to the point where it feels like i physically can't do it
is that too dramatic?

i had my first panic attack yesterday and it was really scary cause nobody would pick up and i was still at school
if u have any tips on how to help like breathing techniques pls tell me
i thought i should go to wattpad bc like everyone has depression or anxiety so at least there are people who actually get it

I do a 54321 thing
5 things you can see
4 things you can hear
3 things you can feel
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
That normally helps me centre myself until I can grab my phone.
There’s a free app called Rootd that basically has a panic attack button. It basically calms u down.
But yea basically what I do is the 54321 and then that calms me down enough to grab my phone and get onto Rootd
If the 54321 doesn’t work the first time, do it again and try to notice different things.

@lucy_barnes760 Try focusing on your 5 senses. Like things you see or hear or can touch/feel or taste. It helps a lot to focus on your surroundings:) Hope it helps. Also, don't let them scare you. I mean you will be scared but just know it will end. You are strong and will make it through. Love xx
