I do a 54321 thing
5 things you can see
4 things you can hear
3 things you can feel
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
That normally helps me centre myself until I can grab my phone.
There’s a free app called Rootd that basically has a panic attack button. It basically calms u down.
But yea basically what I do is the 54321 and then that calms me down enough to grab my phone and get onto Rootd
If the 54321 doesn’t work the first time, do it again and try to notice different things.
