new cover for my story “saltwater & bad decisions” — what do you think?

to whoever got into my tiktok account and changed all my details, i really dislike you. i’ve completely lost access to it. i’ve spent all day trying to recover the account and get back in, but unfortunately i haven’t had any luck. because of that, i’ve had to make a new account, so if you want to keep up with me, please follow my new account @lullabylib

i’ve completely lost my motivation to write again and it’s honestly really upsetting because writing is something i genuinely love so much. i’ve been having so much fun working on my jj story, but lately i just can’t find the inspiration for it anymore. i don’t know if it’s because of the lack of reader interest or if it’s just me, but my motivation has disappeared.

oh my gosh generating photos of my oc’s that actually look like my oc’s for my story was an absolute mission i went through so many attempts trying to get every little detail right, but i finally managed to do it and i’m honestly so happy with how they turned out. i just republished the “cast of characters” chapter with all the updated photos, and i feel like they fit so much better now. i’d genuinely love to know what everyone thinks, so please let me know if i did okay 

what do we think of “saltwater & bad decisions” so far? i haven’t really received much feedback yet, so now i’m curious — is anyone actually enjoying the story, connecting with the characters, or getting invested in where everything’s heading? i’d genuinely love to hear everyone’s thoughts, even the small reactions, because feedback really helps me know what’s working and what people are feeling while reading.

ahhh i seriously love stella and dean’s relationship so much, and i can’t wait to keep writing more about them. watching their story come together has been one of my favorite parts of this whole journey, and i’m so excited for you all to keep reading and seeing where everything goes next. i’m actually really happy with the direction this story is taking right now, and i feel like there are so many good moments still coming.

i’m struggling to decide if i should keep rewriting my bellamy blake fanfiction or just start something completely new instead. part of me is still attached to the story, but i can’t stop thinking about maybe starting a jj maybank fic. i keep going back and forth because i want to keep improving what i already have, but i also miss the excitement of creating something new.
