I know no one is really reading my stories—at least, not right now. But I want to apologize for not being able to publish for quite a while.
I was planning to enter a manga contest that is due this month. I planned ahead and started drawing, focusing on it and leaving writing for the meantime. For days, I drew away, putting effort in a work I know isn’t perfect but still is something. I was even excited on finishing it, because even if I don’t win the contest, I would still have finished something.
Unfortunately, last night, all of my files were wiped and are unable to be recovered. I lost all of my work. Not just the manga, but every piece of art I created for the past month.
Now, I want to apologize, because I wasn’t able to write. I spent days doing something and ended up not being able to show anything.
For now, I’m contemplating when I’ll be back with both writing and drawing. I just want to see if there’s a reason to move forward with every unfortunate things that happened to me
