it’s alr 3 am here i cant sleep although i took sleeping pills alr 

diagnosed with depression and anxiety last month ive been having a hard time dealing with things and i just wanna end thing right here and then but i cant bcs i dont want anyone to mourn for my death this is tough my chest hurts
