i’ve always headcanoned el to be somewhere on the ace spectrum so it rubbed me the wrong way when hopper suggested she might have kids of her own, so her ending was actually somewhat befitting. my girl is too traumatized for a relationship

FUCK ICE. when learning about tragedies like the holocaust in school I remember a common sentiment among my classmates of "how could anyone let it get this bad?" and "we would never let something like this happen in the u.s." THIS is how it gets that bad and we're going down the path of letting it happen again with a way too many americans in support. it boggles my mind how many don't see the blatant, dehumanizing rhetoric of this administration toward HUMAN BEINGS, our fellow people. FUCK ICE, FUCK TRUMP, FUCK MAGA. it's not just about immigrants being undocumented (merely a civil offense, but I digress) if you're revoking visas from latino immigrants and actively blocking them from legal citizenship pathways.
I'm still navigating self-education but needed to rant and be very clear with you all where I stand.
