Idk what ur parents are like, but if you can, do it in secret. My parents don’t know i age regress. You could do it in your free time, and if you can’t but ur own things, instead of asking for a paci, a good replacement is stim chew toys. You could say it’s for anxiety or that you want to exercise ur jaw. And there are lots of adult coloring books you could get. There’s also so many good kids apps you could get.
