          he’s been taking care of kazuha and paying him like a lot yk—okay, let’s say normal pay for employees (which we will not see for a bit cus kazuha is the mc) is ¥1906 (which rounds up to around $13 USD), takeda would pay kazuha double that since he knows his situation and like takeda has snacks and stuff around the shop for customers but yk employees are free to eat them as well and sometimes takeda treats employees to lunch because he’s amazing ! ! !
          
          (okay this is like a spoiler for a later chapter but it’s whatever i wanna say it)
          so when takeda first found out that kazuha is homeless he offered for kazuha to live with him or like he would pay for a hotel room for kazuha to stay in for as long as he needed and initially kazuha refused because that was when he first started working at the shop but since takeda was very persistent kazuha just gave up and stayed with takeda for a few weeks before he started staying at the abandoned park
