i'm trying to get my hands on the 174 pages judgement sheets of the r. g. kar case as soon as possible.
although the judge was an asshole he strictly made some points. just saw this on news ( republic bangla, tysm for being the only one with guts. )
i. the cm was on call with the sp and si till 2am on the day things occured.
ii. the autopsy was done by the "best" forensic department in west bengal (aka at the same hospital) yet the doctors did NOT even sterilize the knifes or anything. they didn't change even clothes or gloves as well.
iii. aside from sanjay, there was also another dna found on the victim's body (breasts, vagina etc). to be more precise, it was A WOMAN. but since the autopsy was shady and shitty, the court could not take that as an evidence (with that logic, sanjay should be free too imp)
iv. the kolkata police registered the case at 10:10 am on the next morning and fake signed even though the police in charge came at police station at 3am.
v. there was another drunken man who tried to get inside the seminar room, just a day before the things happened. fortunately the lady doc in that seminar room was conscious and yelled, to get that man out.

@luvofsatoru first Bangladesh and now Bengal.....THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO THE WORLD!! Moreover I must say, this is exactly like Nirbhaya's case...but even more brutal and corrupted. The fuck they just registered the case at 10 Am when police came at 3 am...I mean huhh....Where the fuck were you?? Lost is so-called DeLuLu or what??? And if another drunk men tried to enter the seminar hall then I must say, Sanjay would've been connected to him and that drunkard's ego would've been hurt so ykk....(Egoistic assholes)

i luv how they consider being raped (SO BRUTALLY that your ear, eyes starts to bleed, pelvic bone broken, nipples bitten off, 138 marks on body, hand broken, toes broken, spinal cord broken, vagina inserted with hair clip.) in workplace is COMMON.

@ta-cherie the supreme court case is about the state government vs the rape. it's not about the rape case or abt the victim, but mamata's negligence and sandip ghosh + other shady things in the health ministry.

@luvofsatoru I some what agree, sge can act bur not as good as alia , kriti , tripti and sharvari. She can act but you have to tell her to act, she tge prabhas of bolloywood . You have to make them act they won't act by them selves.
