          	 `· .  　 hi! alright, so this is an announcement i never expected to make, nor did i ever want to, but i’m going on an indefinite hiatus. i feel like my love for genshin just isn’t there anymore. trust me when i say i was one of the most obsessed genshin fans, but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. genshin has always been my passion, and i care about it deeply, as much as i care about aether too. but lately, it’s started to feel boring, and even the fan base and the game itself don’t feel as exciting to me. i’ve been trying to motivate myself to write again and finish some of my fics, but it doesn’t feel as enjoyable anymore, and i don’t find the joy i used to when working on them.
          	
          	i’ve also developed a strong interest in death note, and balancing both death note and genshin has been difficult. i hate feeling this way, but it just isn’t the same anymore. whenever i fixate on something, it takes up all my focus, and right now, that’s where my attention is.
          	
          	because of this, i’ll be on an indefinite hiatus, so updates will take longer than usual. i’ll still try to write when i can, and i would really love to finish i wish i were my brother, as it’s a fic i’ve spent so much time and effort planning. unfortunately, my beta reader, who is also one of my closest friends, is currently unavailable. writing or plotting without them just doesn’t feel the same, especially since they helped me develop the fic and brainstorm ideas from the beginning.
          	
          	i haven’t forgotten about my original fic either, and i still plan to write it once i figure out how to start the first chapter. i also haven’t forgotten aether’s phone; i still intend to finish the plot i have planned for it. however, for now, my main priorities are i wish i were my brother and my original fic, which still doesn’t have an official title.

@IvyIsEverywhere hii! yes, i DO remember you <3 i could never forget, i love all of the comments you posted and/or responded, it was one of my favorite things to read as a writer <3 and that's completely okay, there's no need to apologize whatsoever! i completely understand and it was fully optional to do so or not ^^ and thank you so much!! i really do appreciate it, i've been having a major crisis right now (/half joking) about my genshin burnout so i've been trying to focus on other things for now. which has been working, of course, i still do enjoy genshin occasionally but i do need to keep tabs on the franchise again so i can make (somewhat) lore accurate content again ;; but once again, thank you so so so much !! i really do appreciate it, you are very sweet <3 
          	  
          	  ps. . NOT FORCING WHATSOEVER!! but you should TOTALLY watch death note (it changed my life fr) and considering you don't know anything about it (which I'm assuming means no spoilers whatsoever, hopefully) i don't think it'll be a good watch <3 JUST A RECOMMENDATION!!

@ luvsxin  Heyy, I don't even know if u remember me. But I just wanted to say sorry for not responding to ur posts anymore for the past month or so. My acc got logged out and everytime I tried to log back in it took be a little amount of effort which I did not have in the slightest But now I'm back and I also wanted to say that I'll support you no matter what type of content you choose to make. (Even tho I do not know a ratsass about death note). So just do what you like to do and yeah, good luck and have fun!

           `· .  　 not too important but! right now, i’m not really active on any social media except my wattpad. it’s not that i don’t want to be, but i can’t bring myself to open them. i don’t know why, but it’s hard for me to get motivated to check or respond to anything on there. on top of that, i’ve been so caught up with other things that it’s been tough to find the time and energy to be online. i’m really sorry to anyone who’s tried to reach out to me on my socials. i feel bad for not being able to respond, but at the moment, i don’t see myself opening them anytime soon unless i make time to clear my schedule. thank you so much for your patience and understanding. it means a lot.

           `· .  　 i don't know how many people will see this, but i recently got enrolled in school this week, meaning i'll be very busy with my studies and will also have to deal with the fatigue afterward. any updates or new chapters will be very delayed because of this, and i cannot maintain a daily upload schedule anymore. i will only update or publish new chapters when i have time for it. i will definitely work on it over the course of multiple days to avoid cramming everything in one day, but i wanted to let everyone know.
          
          other than that, please enjoy the current chapters that are out so far. apologies if my writing has gotten worse since i just recently picked it back up. i do have more fics i plan on writing as well.
