          	  - if dada makes you upset, tell him how you feel and what he did.
          	  - dont give yourself punishments, especially not eating or drinking.
          	  - try to sleep when dada says you should go nini! ❤️
          	  - try not to use bad words or say bad things on purpose!
          	  - if dada tells you something or to do something, try to listen and do it! he always means well (:

          	  - cover the less stuffy side of your nose and breathe in your nose 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds! do it three times
          	  - breathe in and out for 5 seconds each, do it five times
