lux--obsidian

I have been re-reading the first and second lux series before I get the third and fourth in the mail, and I am so glad that Jennifer decided to write those books. And Obsidian is my all time fave (for now)

Studying law and commerce, Hm? Sounds interesting. I have some interest in economics (Von Mises, Hayek etc.)
          .....and I'm toying with the idea of a twist on the typical 'abduction' mafia-style romace.
          
           Instead of being a true bad guy, he is undercover FBI. 
          
          He has been deep undercover for so long that his cover has become a second skin, and he is more used to it than his real self. 
          
          When they grabbed her, they snatched the wrong girl...
          
          They could kill her messily and use her death to put pressure on the family of the girl who was supposed to be kidnapped... They could leave her face intact, and its resemblance to their target is obvious. They don't get have the other girl in their hands though, and such a warning would tighten security drasticly. 
          
          They have no use for her; she is going to die.
          
          He has stood by more than once, and has done horrific things himself to earn the trust of the crime bosses and their men. He cannot appear weak or sentimental; no one will trust him if he plays hero for a damsel in distress... But he claims her for his own.
          
          He must break her or risk his reputation among the most dangerous men. He is being watched...  He cannot tell her the truth of who and what he is. He can't trust her to keep such a secret and never it slip even by accident.
          
           She is determined to resist him. He can overpower her physically, but in a battle of will her fire is unquenchable. She is determined that he may kill her, but he will not destroy who and what she is. 
          
          Along the way, she  revives his true self behind the mask that has become a part of him. It is growing harder to pretend... 
          
          And the chief torturer is still pissed that T. deprived him of fresh meat a couple of times. Lucius gets off on torture and hoped to use her for his own pleasure.

          I only have a sketch and need much more detail on all the main characters before I write anything.

Hey, update more recently because this story is so addicting! I honestly believe that you should be having more followers than this haha..
