Hey, I just want to come here to bring some news....
          
          So, after thinking for what felt like forever, and weighing up my options, I have decided to go on hiatus. 
          
          Not from everything, just writing! I will still be active on TikTok, Discord, and Instagram, so feel free to pop in for a chat, and I will always reply! 
          
          This is primarily because I have began to view writing as a chore/task rather than something I enjoy doing out of my own free will. I am forever grateful for the support I have received on my fics, but I just believe this will be better for me. 
          
          'Act I: Vampyr' will be placed under an indefinite hiatus as I am battling the worst writer's block for it, and it may need to undergo some refinement before I can get fully stuck into it again.
          
          As for 'Lights Out', it pains me to say this but I will be discontinuing the book. HOWEVER, DO NOT FRET, it is indeed under major reconstruction (a rewrite) and is set to release when I come back. I will leave the original on my page for those to compare the differences. As not to leave y'all hanging, I will be uploading Chapter 17 tomorrow. Take it as a final goodbye to the original work. 
          
          I know this is sudden, but it is what I believe is best for my work and mental health. You know I enjoy ensuring that the best quality work is put out for you all, and for some reason, as of late, I have been feeling like I have not been able to meet that standard. 
          
          I hope you all will still be around for when I come back (which shouldn't be that long, just a month or two at most) and remember to stay safe, eat well, drink enough, and stay healthy! I love you all so so much, and I hope you respect my decision! <33

          ALSO, the urge to re-write LO is getting unbearable the deeper I go. I figure it's because of all the missed opportunities, or just a deep rooted hatred I have for the beginning. WHO KNOWS?

          'Act I: Vampyr' has indeed been pushed back to a later date due to me being unable to finish the chapter in time. The new date is the 4th March, which is this Wednesday!

Heyy, y'all!
          
          So, it's been a hot minute...
          
          Anyway, I just wanna say that I am so sorry for the inconsistency! School has been kicking my ass lately, and I can't find it in myself to start writing once I get free time because I am so burnt out.
          
          That aside, I am about 4k words into the new chapter of LO, so hopefully I'll finish it by tonight or at least the end of this week. However, the exam period has indeed started, so I may become even more inconsistent with my work (I'm sorryyy), but I assure you that I will try my very best to stay on top of writing.
          
          Regarding the vampire fic, I am indeed still working on it (I re-started it the other day cuz I just wasn't fully happy with the first chapter). I plan for it to be released around Mid-End of February, but that may change!
          
          Anyway, as always, remember to eat well, stay hydrated, and rest well! I love you all so so much!
