I couldn't get the courage to post it about it anywhere else, but since Wattpad has been a platform I have stuck with for the past 6 years (if you include my hacked @pizzaluver2 account) I thought I should still post about my this regardless of the amount of interaction I get.
In honor of Liam Payne, who was a part of a boy band I became a fan of some time after they disbanded and whose songs actually changed my life along with Taylor Swift's, I wanted to share this post to him because of the tremendous loss I feel not only as a One Direction fan, but as a human.
He was one of the first male solo artists I listened to. Overall, he was one of the few people who actually tried, and succeeded, in helping everyone to get through the pandemic when all hope was being lost. He was genuinely one of the most kindest celebrities out there. He was amazing at art, he gave away mainly to children whenever he sold his art. And one of the people who truly believed in a reunion between the band; and with all the activity that has been going on between the 5 members for the lost few years since 2020, it seemed like to all fans that they probably really were planning a reunion. The saddest part is that their reunion will be at one of the member's funeral, and the fact that a 7 year old just lost his dad almost 2 weeks ago.
Some people are trying to bring up his past and stuff related to the person he BECAME, but they aren't acknowledging the person he WAS. It's utterly disappointing how people have no respect for a dead person, at least let others grieve in peace; he's freaking dead. No one is born a saint, he was only influenced by drugs and other stuff that made him make those mistakes because haters like you have been making him mentally unstable.
I will never forget all that Liam has not only done for his fans, but for other people. Liam, I'm sorry the industry failed you, we love you so much!
