I realize I've been absent for a bit. I've been going through some hard times, most recently a traumatic event, and eating hasn't been on my mind. Right now, I'm trying to get through everyday and just breath. It's nearly impossible when you keep having flashbacks and panic attacks. I'm trying to stay positive tho. I just want to say, having flashbacks, anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD is hard to battle through and we should all support each other. What may seem like nothing to one is traumatic to another. Please be respectful and understand it's hard to talk about and come to turns with. Also, why aren't more people talking about this? It's not something to be ashamed about. I love you all, I'm trying to get better everyday!
