And since it’s Self Harm September , i wanted to spread awareness because people never talk about even tho it’s frequent.If you struggle with it, please talk about it with someone (friends,family, online friends who can relate) and PLEASE PLEASE find alternatives like listening to music and cry , crying is very helpful, it releases all the stress and relaxes the muscles. Or maybe write songs, exercise,run ,draw , make pottery.. I know sometimes emotions are overwhelming and you need to scarify yourself but there are better options to exteriorize your emotions, trust me :)
