            Hello, how are you?
            I know life is tough, but so are you. You can do this, you are strong and brave and intelligent.
            If you ever need anyone, I am here for you. I know how tough life gets and how it feels meaningless, sometimes you might feel this or all the time, and thats fine, it is because it how you feel not anyone else. Okay?
            
            But if you ever need help or someone to talk or vent to, I am here to support you. 
            
            I hope that life gets better and a bit easier, I really do, stay safe and try stay positive.
