I  think it’s finally time to talk a little about the stories I’ve been working on..
          
          ౨ৎ Book one — Silent Echoes
          
          “I don’t think I’m staying.”
          
          It was said quietly.
          so quietly, in fact, that he mistook it for a passing thought instead of a goodbye.
          
          Silent Echoes is a slow burn story about timing, missed meanings, and two people who never fully learn how to say the right things at the right moment. It’s about rooftop conversations that become memories too late, airport goodbyes that don’t feel dramatic until they’re over, and the kind of connection that changes shape before either person realizes it.
          
          It’s soft. quiet. emotional in a way that sneaks up on you slowly.
          
          ౨ৎ Book two — A Little Longer  
          
          Some people leave loudly.
          
          Others leave in pieces—
          slowly, softly, almost lovingly.
          
           A Little Longer is probably the most personal piece of work that I’ve ever written. It’s heavier, more intimate, and built around the idea of holding onto moments even when you already know they can’t stay forever.
          
          It’s about loving people in temporary ways.
          about trying to pause time.
          About wanting just a little longer with someone even when life keeps moving anyway.
          
          This story means a little too much to me honestly.
          
          Also would you guys ever want me to turn any of these into Enhypen fanfictions?
          
          Because i can see the vision for certain scenes and dynamics but at the same time, especially with a little longer, it feels too special for me to fully turn into a fanfiction right now.
          
          Maybe one day though.

          First of all, thank you for following this account even though I’ve hardly ever posted here. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to stick around, so seeing people still here means more to me than you might realize.
          
          I thought I should finally introduce myself properly.
          
          My name is Mei Hayashi, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve loved stories in every form. I enjoy reading, making music, creating playlists for emotions that don’t even have names yet, and recently, I started writing too.
          
          Not professionally or anything dramatic, just writing the kinds of stories I’ve always wanted to read.
          
          The quiet ones.
          
          Stories about timing, silence, almost-conversations, people who feel too much but never explain it well, rooftop talks that mean more later, airport goodbyes, slow burns that take forever to become something real—things like that.
          
          I think my writing style is emotional and cinematic. It’s a little poetic sometimes. I pay a lot of attention to atmosphere, small details, dialogue, and what people don’t say directly.
          
          Because of that, I recently made a separate account dedicated only to my books and writing journey.
          
          I was nervous to even post this because writing feels strangely personal to me, but I think I’m finally ready to share that side of myself too.
