          kind of random, but if you want to make a difference just by reading, here is something you can participate in: https://readingnation.nlb.gov.sg/initiatives/readforbooks/
          
          read for books is happening for the whole of july. for every 10 people who read for 15 minutes, one book or equivalent will be donated to selected beneficiaries! (only up to a certain number of books though :/)
          
          if you plan on participating, i highly recommend you read through the submission form (https://form.gov.sg/65fa5ecbe8f4b92af51230c3) to see what is needed of you. point 6 is especially important, and point 10 deals with consent. (photos submitted are only uploaded with your consent, and it is completely optional)
