I just saw that you added The Ministry of Obhimaan (and a few of my other works) to your reading list, and I honestly can’t tell you how much that means to me. Every story I post here is a small piece of my heart (and a few sleepless nights, haha), so knowing that someone out there is not only reading but feeling them is the most beautiful reward a writer could ask for!

Thank you for giving my words a home in your shelf... for the time, the attention, and the quiet care behind that gesture. I noticed, and I’ll remember ❤️❤️❤️

@justaclassydesi That’s so sweet of you to say! Your stories are beautiful and so full of emotion — it’s impossible not to feel them. I’m really glad I came across your work, and I’ll definitely keep reading more of your stories and so excited for A Rift In Rajputana

Hey ,

I hope you’re having a cozy day, filled with books that feel like old friends.

I’m really sorry to slide into your space like this—I just came across your profile and noticed you enjoy emotional, character-driven stories. I’m a new writer here, and I’ve just started sharing a story that’s really close to my heart.

It’s called In the Wake of Us.

          She’s never known love.
          He’s still haunted by it.
Neither of them saw the storm coming.

Maira believes she’s not meant to be loved.
Arham once was—and it broke him.
Now they’re bound by a marriage neither wanted, caught in a silence thick with pain and unspoken truths.

It’s a slow-burn, emotional read about grief, love, and the quiet ways people find their way back to themselves—and to each other. Not the kind of love that fixes everything… but the kind that changes you.

If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, I’d be honored if you gave it a chance.

And if you ever feel like sharing your thoughts, I’d truly love to hear them—only if you’re comfortable, of course.

Thank you so much for your time. It means more than you know.

          Warmly,
          Naiera Noor.
