After almost 11 years on this site, I decided it was time for a treat! Having a holiday break from working a 9-5 gave me a lot of time to write (and finish!!) my newest work: Behind A Star. It was so nice and fun to escape into writing so fun. I'm so glad to have my love for reading and writing back.           Blythe Gray, a 23-year-old actress and singer at the height of her fame, is spiraling after the sudden death of her younger sister. Burdened by grief and plagued by writer's block, she escapes to her family's secluded lake house for the summer, hoping the quiet will help her reclaim both her creativity and her sense of self.  
          
          But the peaceful retreat isn't as soothing as she expected. The house that once echoed with laughter now feels hollow, and Blythe's fame only deepens her isolation. That is, until she runs into Hayes, her childhood best friend who's returned to town as a local restaurant owner.  
          
          As Blythe spends more time with Hayes, the walls she's built around herself begin to crumble. The more she reconnects with her roots, the more she realizes her star persona is a mask she's no longer sure she wants to wear. But as old feelings resurface and the pressures of her fame grow, Blythe must confront her past-and decide if she's ready to leave it behind for something real.

          I hope summer is going well for you all. I have moved to a new city (NYC - let me know your recs) but....I am excited to announce my next work. This is what I would consider being an alternate universe/ending of the One Kiss Later world if Cole was to be elected President of the United States (shout out if you remember that in the OG version of OKL)
          
          "Miss Americana" (still iffy about the title, LMK your opinions) follows the life of Tatum Fitzgerald who was a normal teenage girl until her Dad was elected to the highest office in the United States of America. 
          
          This is an ode to Fallin For Fitz as it navigates teenage life as well as falling for your best friend's brother!
          
          I can't wait to share the first 5 chapters with you all soon <3

Hi everyone
          I'm sorry for the lack of updates, this semester of college is beating me up and school comes first!  I am working on planning out Starry Eyed and i wanna do a Tatum sequel but I'm not sure about the plot and I don't want to update it until it's finished. I'm hoping to get out multiple updates once finals are over!

Where is the sequel to not just a static? In the book it said there would be one.
