Fics I want to write but never will:
1. Lestappen where Charles isn’t a driver and is a descendant of the Ferrari family who was groomed to take over Scuderia Ferrari, but didn’t like the pressure so he ran off to the UK changed his last name and became an engineer for RedBull before falling in love w Max… and then having to balance working for Redbull, hiding his identity as the heir to Scuderia Ferrari, and falling in love with his team’s rival driver.
2. Where Lance’s dad passes and Lance inherits Aston Martin and has to take over the team himself. He faces a lot trying being underestimated and manipulated by other team principals and his fathers former business partners. Luckily his friends are there to help him navigate his new position in the team. (Ft. Mick getting to show his talent on a team that cares about him, Seb being a supportive assistant team principal, and Nando gaslighting all other teams that come at Aston Martin.)
