          By the time you’re reading this, many of you may have already celebrated the New Year, so I just want to take a moment to send my wishes your way.
          
          Thank you for being here, for supporting my work, and for staying invested in these characters and their journey.
          May this year bring you happiness and peace both in real life and through the stories you read.

Update
          
          Lately, it’s been getting really hard to manage writing both My Life As Ash Ketchum and Our Future Destiny at the same time. Even after shifting MLAAK to monthly updates, balancing both stories hasn’t been easy.
          
          Right now, I’m really loving the direction Our Future Destiny is going in—the plot, the emotions, the growth—so I’ve decided to focus more of my energy there for the time being.
          
          That said, My Life As Ash Ketchum is NOT discontinued.
          I’ll continue updating it whenever I get the time and the right headspace. And to make up for the wait, whenever I do update MLAAK, I’ll make sure to drop multiple chapters at once (around 5 chapters) instead of just one.
          
          Also, a little behind-the-scenes note 
          I’ve already started planning Our Future Destiny 3, and that’s another reason I want to give this series the attention it deserves right now. Trust me, OFD 3 is gonna be super fun with slice of life, it's a complete different arc. I can't wait to start writing it!

I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be going back and fixing the chapters of Our Future Destiny – Part 1.
          
          When I first wrote it, the writing felt a bit childish and discontinuous, and some of the key moments didn’t hit with the emotional depth they actually deserved. The story has grown a lot since then—and so has my writing—so I want Part 1 to truly reflect that.
          
          I’ll be rewriting and polishing those chapters simultaneously, without changing the core story—just making it smoother, deeper, and more impactful.

 HELLO EVERYONE… YES, I DIDN’T DIE 
          (Although my schedule tried its best.)
          
          So uh… about me disappearing for idk how much time 
          Let’s just say: my uni is shi.
          Assignments, deadlines, professors waking up and choosing violence—all of it.
          
          BUT. I didn’t ghost Wattpad, okay??
          I was still here… lurking… reading like a little gremlin in the dark 
          
          And honestly? Life is not fair.
          Every book I picked up depressed me.
          Like, I read one Pokémon story and SERENA KILLED HERSELF 
          Then I read a thriller and the guy’s mum died.
          At this point I was full of trauma.
          
          Even the anime I watched depressed me.
          I wanna cry.....
          
          Anyway—
          I survived. I have emotional damage but also a sense of humor so it’s fine 
          
          ✨ NEW CHAPTER IS UP! ✨
          And yes, I did write My Life as Ash, and from now on it will be a monthly update so I can balance everything without dying inside.
          
          As for Our Future Destiny—that series will continue to be weekly (I hope) because I actually enjoy writing it and it gives me serotonin.
          I genuinely like how that story is coming out.
