@Jellyfishy25 yes I’m okay thank you you for asking❤️ Panic attacks often happens out of the blue. First I’m very tired and suddenly I have symptoms like numb and pale hands, problems with breathing, my heart beats very fast and I feel dizzy. The worst thing is the fear, cause you have the feeling you’re dying any second
Ngl I’m kinda depressed, my dog died three months ago and it still hurts so muchHe was my soulmate, such a lovely creature and I miss him so fucking much…

OMG GUYS I DID IT!! I graduated fucking high school and I’m so proud to be finally done with it (*≧∀≦*) The last three years were a hole mental breakdown so I’m more than happy to close this chapter of my life and start a new one. I’m scared and excited at the same time for what my future will hold but wouldn’t it be boring if we already knew everything?
