            I was not into it for a very long time due to losing followers and having very few comments on it and because I was trying to finish university and start my adult life, but yes I think I will continue it. Stay tuned for the next chapter!

Hey, guys! Just a little announcement for "Guarding of the Downworld (Let me see your eyes again)." Please, read both parts of it.
          Part 1:
          I know my updates have been very inconsistent for a while now, but genuinely I cannot find time to write every day anymore, now that I am both working and studying in my senior year of college.
          
          The bigger reason, however, is that I find myself discouraged to keep going because the engagement has decreased over the last couple of years. I know that I am partially to blame because of how random my updates are, but still, I can't help but feel that I've lost many readers lately. I still remember the first two years of writing this story, I would get about a dozen comments the next morning of an update and now it feels like I barely get a couple over the course of a week (or more) from an update. I still want to keep writing when I can, because my brain simply will not rest, if I don't finish it, but my motivation is lacking due to the lack of engagement.

          This a little snippet from an upcoming chapter of "Guardian of the Downworld" 
          
          "(I am far from that, Jia). He breathed heavily through his nostrils. (You say my last name means nothing. That I am replaceable). He took a look at her up and down. (Do you even realize how replaceable you are? Do you know your trusty secretary is more loyal to Lydia than to you? Do you even understand how much more capable she is? That she’ll be the first choice to replace you?). The fine china on the table clicked noisily as he got up from his seat. (Maybe Alec Lightwood is replaceable, just like you). He glared at her from above, his tall height towering over her menacingly. (Yet, the Black Feather isn’t). Then he took a deep breath and smiled ever so lightly. (And a Guardian Angel will never be)."

          I recently noticed an influx of people saving my book "Guardian of the Downworld (Let me see your eyes again)" on their reading lists and I've been really happy about it! It means the world to me to get new readers! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
          
          For everyone interested in the next chapter, know I'm working on it and it is one of the most crucial ones I've written so far for the whole plot! I hope to have finished by the first week of June, but here's a little snippet for now ;)

I am a man of honor.” It felt good to say this. It felt right. It even made him smile. “Isn’t part of being honorable, to be honest as well?”
          “It is, sir… Why now, though? If you’re so certain you aren’t doing anything wrong, why didn’t you come out with it earlier?”
          “Because earlier I hadn’t met someone who was worth being honest for, Mia.”
