Remember to check your Halloween candy before eating it! Don't eat anything separate or outside regular packaging (individual starbursts, things in twist wrappers like bubble gum, ect.) Don't eat the candy from brands you've never heard of, look it up first! If it's something homemade like cupcakes or cookies, THROW IT OUT, unless you actually know the person who gave it to you.
Sadly, there are many bad people out there who stuff needles, poison, and harmful drugs into candy. There's this epidemic in my area in which jellybeans were injected with mercury from thermometers while in transit to dollar stores, which were then bought by people to give to kids on Halloween. Just take the extra precaution because you can easily buy a gigantic bag of candy you KNOW is safe for 5 bucks at the store.
Don't risk your safety, loves!
