I never thought I would show my words to anyone. But maybe there is a solidarity in words and that's why we love them so much. The feeling of community, the sense that none of us are alone with the pangs and thrills that shake us so. I tell people I'm more of an editor, and it's true. But when words are your passion, they tend to spill out of you too.
I really did not intend to rhyme there, I promise. I'm a writer, but I'm also an avid reader, a lover of music recommendations *cough*, and a freshman in college. My life has changed so rapidly in two short months, but it has been exhilarating and monumental.
Anyway, I hope to upload my massive collection of poems at some point. It should be interesting. I hope some of you comment and tell me your thoughts, your dreams, your favorite cheese, or your favorite song. I live for learning random things about strangers. And words, of course.
