“back off.” the light haired crown prince growled at the other royalty infront of him, the auburn haired man stared at makoto unamused, suddenly grabbing his wrist— clearly irritated aswell at the crown prince’s brat-like tendencies.
then, a glare came his way. “obviously, i wish i could. this is an arrangement by both of our families. if you’d stop acting pompous, then this can go on faster, yes?” makoto hated when sae was correct. the light haired prince scoffed, before pulling back.
“fine.”
though both males were wearing suits, makoto was wearing a pale colored suit while sae wore one of which was darker. traditionally, the bride wears white and holds a bouquet, and since makoto was technically the .. ‘bride’— he held a bouquet nonchalantly in one hand, obviously wanting this over with.
sae’s cold stare pierced through makoto, despite the man looking on the surface unaffected and simply unaware— he could feel his pride chipping away. the priest forcing both to recite vows.
the feeling of being watched never stood so string, as makoto had always been a confident man no matter what, but watching the laughs and cheers, the disgusting smiles on his court’s faces as they watch what makoto considered to be a mockery happen to him.
marriage? he’s always been better off alone— so then, why..
“i do.”
“..what?”
“say it back.” sae narrowed his teal eyes at makoto, noticing that he has been spacing out. “or don’t tell me you’re too ‘overwhelmed’ by our pledge to eachother?”
“it’s none of that, and shut it.” makoto narrowed his eyes, an irk mark forming on his cheek as he gripped the rose bouquet tighter.
“i do.”
