I love your book omgggg :) I have an eating disorder and I used to cutt but yeah writing helped me stop a bit you should check my books out :)

          Selfharm and an eating disorder is a really hard thing to deal with. I've never selfharmed but basically what you have to do is try to realize that you're are worth so much. There is no reason to hurt yourself. Try to stop cutting it's really hard but if you can't stop on your own you need to get help. Tell someone. More people deal with this kind of stuff then you think. The eating disorder thing is much harder. There is probably a little voice inside your head telling you that you're fat and ugly but that voice is wrong. That's not your voice it's your eds. Start by gradually eating again and eat meals not snacks. It's so hard. I still struggle with this. It's hard to eat in front of other people. If you honestly can't stop get help. I can't tell you enough. Get help. It will help you so much in the long run. Stay Strong  ily
