i'm sleeping in the living room tonight since tomorrow morning my mother, brother, and I will be painting my room. there's nothing in there at the moment, you see.
i'm curled in a cozy baby blue blanket with a soft pink pillow on an old yet big and comfy chair. it's cool in this living room from the ac, and gives the feeling of dusk in the autumn november when you're sitting by the fire drinking hot pumpkin spice cocoa with lightly added whipped cream, a pinch of sprinkled cinnamon, and a dozen miniature marshmallows.
it's warm and welcoming feeling knowing that tomorrow will be a new day and it's going to be something bright. it's a fresh start. soon i'll be off to colorado, and reunite with my relatives, and i'll be able to meet my brother's newborn child.
