Sorry this is late but my fav theory from Villainous(my fav franchise) is that Black hat used to be human but he went insane after observing the BH Organization and he ended up joining and reaching the top therefore becoming what he is now!

If you guys seen my page, I have two self-insert/oc stories that I haven’t started. I really want to start them, but I have no ideas on how to start them. Like yeah I have lore and backstories planned out but I have no idea how to include it into a canon show/story. If anyone has any ideas please let me know! I would really appreciate it.
