Sorry for the seriously unintended delay in responses everyone.
Full transparency, been dealing with drama in the family, some in my relationship, medication/health, and training for my job at work. My head has just felt so crowded as of late and I'm hoping therapy tomorrow will help expell some of it, at least temporarily, so I can respond to everyone. ;_; Love you all

@make_me_submit Oh I do wanna make a hacker OC at some point, can't decide if I should do modern or futuristic. And then I also wanna do an OC that's set in some world that has species and powers, but is powerless herself. Just future ideas
I'm sleepy tn but tomorrow I'll put up a Renaissance/royal-ish type oc who is not a princess but she's a lady. Idk I'm too tired to be describing this. I'll finish her tomorrow and that'll prolly be the last OC I publish b4 just working on replies and stuff for awhile. I hope she will be liked <3

My bf who is French bilingual got amusingly irked at this and I'm wondering if it would irk you guys.
At Target they had s bunch of stuff for Valentine's Day that said "mon chéri" (hopefully I'm spelling that right, I only got 91 days on Duolingo so far) and like, makes sense right? But all the products were cherry themed bc obviously it sounds like cherry in English, but the word translates no where near cherry—
Would you also be bothered or do you find it funny? XD
@-emology I've heard the chai one frequently, it's very stupid. It's like sure whatever some ppl don't find it harmful, but it's just the thing of cultures being treated like a fade by some ppl. Kinda like boba
@make_me_submit not french but as someone who speaks another language and has a different culture i find it super annoying when western countries take something out of my culture/language and turn into something else e.g chai tea like bffr chai literally translates to tea or “golden lattes” legit milk with tumeric which my mother given me since i was like 2yrs old yet they somehow wanna make it seem like its something american influencers created like what? it’s completely off topic but i can totally understand why it irked ur bf lol
