i look perfectly slim and like i could probably run for like 30 minutes. i cannot. the longest i can run in like 5 minutes. and i run super slowly.
i also know someone who is not as slim as me and yet can run for 45 minutes perfectly comfortably.
weight does not equal health!!!! shut the fuck up!!!!
also a lot of plus size people are happier and healthier than before!!! they could've been recovering from an eating disorder or use food as a comfort for something bad!! you don't get to police some else's body just becuase it makes you uncomfortable.
if it's that unhealthy, they're probably trying their best to do something about it - but it's a long, long process. weight loss does NOT happen overnight.
