Nobody talks about how hard it is to get back into writing after you haven’t written in almost a month

Hey guys, I just wanted to give you all a couple reasons why I haven’t been posting fics as much as I used to. (Still writing, but a lot’s been going on, so I haven’t written much in a couple weeks)
I applied to 5 PhD programs and have gotten rejected from all of them so far except for one, which I’m still waiting to hear back from. Because of this, I am frantically researching and applying to PsyD programs that have later deadlines.
Also, this week I’ve been doing Bookly’s readathon, so I’ve been reading a lot instead of writing.
So, yeah, the month of January has really sucked for me, but now it’s February, so hopefully this month will be better.

I have an idea! We can still watch PD without giving any money or views to NBC/DW.
Found a website with great quality and it’s free and has all the eps and will have all the new eps (maybe just a day later) with no relation to NBC. If we want Jay back, we have to affect their wallets starting with 10x01. And that might mean we have to wait a day or two for the ep, but it also means that NBC/DW is not getting our views.

Guys, I’m sorry, but after hearing the news that Jesse is leaving PD, I don’t know if I can keep writing my Halstead Imagines anymore. Jay’s my favorite character out of all three shows, and with him going to be gone soon, I just don’t know.

@malewk172 I have signed the petitions whose link you had provided to bring back JLS. Ik it's your decision whether to continue this book or not. But I would really love if you continued...you are one of the best fanfiction writer I have ever come across and this book is the only way to keep the character alive. Or If you decide to end this book- I earnestly request you to write a proper farewell chapter which gives us a happy closure because I highly doubt we are going to get a good closure from the writers of the show.

@ malewk172 puff taking into account that i think that jesse didnt leave voluntary... 90% sure that they will kill jay. In this case, for me chicago pd will have ended in season 9 and i will continue the story through the wonderful fan fics as yours. I know that its Hard and its your decision but if you continue writing without taking into account season 10 i will happily read them. The stories as yours its the only thing that fans have now. Our Last hope of continue enjoying with our favourite character. First of all you have to put yourself, but after the grief (for me its been Hard to assimilate yeah...) you continue narrating invented stories of the halstead brothers, you will make happy to lots of people. I hope to continue reading your stories (L)

@malewk172 I understand, I was also super sad to hear that Jesse was leaving the show. I hope you continue to write stories about Halstead Imagines though, because they are definitely some of my favorites. And I think it can be a good way to keep Jay Halstead going. Anyway, I hope he leaves the show on good things, like a promotion elsewhere.

Hi! I don't if you still accept request, but I am reading a story related to witnesses protection security and i Wonder if you can write a chapter of halstead sister where she has to get into the program because she is in danger and Jay is with her. Maybe you have already written something like this (i have to read many of your last chapters, i know, but now i am a little bit stress and i want to read them when i have more time in orden to enjoy them 100%) but if not i think that its an interesting and thrilling topic.

I was thinking about doing something like this with the storyline when Will gets put into witness protection on that one ep in Med.So now I guess I actually have an excuse so I will add it to my list of requests. And I will be sure to tag you in it when it’s finished
