I've collected magazines ever since I can remember. I can still recall the exact moment when I fell in love with print. I was coming back home from kindergarten with my dad and I saw it on display. I begged him to buy it for me, but such posh expenses were not on my families' shopping list (home is where the savings are). He said we'll just get it another time. My immediate reaction to leaving without it: "I'll start a revolution for it!".
In middle school, I've perfected the art of scrapbooking into creating my very own kids' magazine. It was the age-appropriate ancestor of a vision board. The boy I liked stole it from my backpack, read it and then returned it saying "it's cool" and that he solved the crossword during chemistry class. OMG!
Fast forward to the present, I speak Google better than die-hard Trekkies speak Klingon, I know the meaning of SEO, PPC, CTR and other of their distant cousins, but I prefer storytelling.
