@malfoylegacies ; sure, annabeth knew she complained and rambled a lot, but she felt it was warranted when she was surrounded by so much stupidity, as in her other peers at hogwarts or her siblings. though she kept most of her real problems to herself. she would rather make sure her friends were cared for than have anyone worry about her. if she didn't acknowledge her problems herself then sometimes it was easy to pretend like they weren't there at all. "oh, I see," she said bitterly, not being able to think of a very good response. "fine, enjoy them then, at least I don't have to deal with your idiocy anymore. excuse me while I go find literally anything else to do because I've killed enough brain cells in this argument."

            scorpius was never one to speak out his rude thoughts, he kept those to himself or told one of his close friends. although here, one of the thoughts were about one of his close friends. he knew that he should have reassured her that she's more important than his hame, but he got caught up in the arguement. “usually playing games with people i don't know seems more important than you. they don't complain every six seconds about everything.”

@malfoylegacies ; annabeth wasn't oblivious, she could see that she was pressing his buttons, and she shouldn't have kept persisting with it. there was no way something as stupid as this could ruin their friendship, and she knew that everyone had different interests but she just couldn't see what was so great about a damn screen game when there were plenty of other things to do, but that was an opinion she often kept to herself. as insignificant as it was, it made her feel excluded , but she didn't know why. she knew it was pathetic for her to act this way, but that didn't stop her from being petty. "whatever, i guess doing shit with people you don't know is more important than me. i'll spare you the trouble and never go near it again."
