Please take all the time you need. Mental health issues aren’t easy to deal with, trust me I’m here for you. The best way you can revive yourself from trauma or depression is taking time to focus on yourself and what you want. Take the time to have a break, understand that your life is something you can only experience once. Find purpose, even if it seems tough. Setting and noticing goals and objectives help me get through tough times. And even if it seems as if those goals are impossible, just remember the only way of knowing if it will work out is seeing for yourself.
