            I just wanted to express my appreciation, admiration and impression by your generous help and kind heart for emogothmusicfreak who is currently writing ''Depression book ''  and hopefully she is getting better soon.
            It is pretty hard to find a person like you now and day especially in this generation. 
            I randomly was looking for  some good articles / stories to read and found your advice to  emogothmusicfreak :) it is my honor to meet a nice and kindhearted person like you in here. 
            yes, please keep it up your kind work and helping people who are in needed.

            You're very welcome :) my dear  S. I am Julie and from California. I do appreciate your nice words but i am not even a bit  kind heart like you.  I should share and help that person but i am not brave to open heart yet; i am still working to get better but i do understand what she is going through. 
            
            People are going through depression definitely need an open kind heart like you in their life. Symptoms are usually a little bit similar. I am so touched by reading offering advice, time and help by you to those people.

I do appreciate your kind words :) knowing  &  practicing are two different subjects. Knowing my weaknesses but could not or don't want to fix it that is my real problems... 

You are so wise with your metaphors and such!! You should be the one writing the advice. Thanks for the reassurance.

ha,ha,ha.... You are not looking for problems but looking for opportunities to challenge your brain :)  We sometime need to stand far away from the forest to observe the whole picture.  I love  to complain about problems but without its i am not much different than people living in a cemetery :) and thus, i am still whining and complaining.... :)
