I am a writer with self publishing aspirations.  I've been writing fiction as a hobby over the past 15 years.  I had one short story published about 12 years ago, but have not bothered to submit anymore work since.  With the appearance of ebooks, it looks as if self publishing is now a viable business opportunity, assuming high quality ebooks are offered.  In theory, at least.  There is still a lot for me to learn; creating ebook covers, uploading to Amazon & Smashwords, and marketing.

I'll go back through my files to see if I can find something suitable to put up here for free.
